Returns

If you are not satisfied with the product that you purchased, A refund will be given only for any unopened product excluding any shipping charges, and will be given ONLY under the following conditions:

1. Only Unopened Product or Bottle will be accepted for refunds. Items must be returned via commercial carrier or the post office, at the customers expense, within 30 days from the date of purchase.

2. Customer MUST email returns@FitnessIreland.ie to request a Return Authorization Number, prior to returning any products.

3. A credit will be given your credit card; a compensation in products; or a credit will be given to the existing account. This will be determined before the item is returned.

4. No refunds will be given if the above conditions are not met.

5. Orders that are returned to us undelivered, will be subject to a charge to cover our outlays for shipping, plus a handling fee of €7.50. This charge will be made at our discression.
