Price Match Policy

At Fitness Ireland, we believe that offering the best value for money, superior service and quality products is key to the success of our business.

For this reason, we are very pleased to offer a Price Match Promise on all the products we sell.

How does it work?
Our price match policy is simple! We will match any like for like Irish price*, including VAT and equivalent delivery service and stock availability. If our competitor site meets the following criteria.

Our criteria for price matching is as follows:
1. The company must be shipping from Ireland.
2. The company must be a real company (registered with Companies Registration Office), and able to supply a valid VAT registration number.
3. The product cost must include delivery to your door.
4. The product must be in stock at the competitor company at the time of purchase.
5. The product must not be on 'special offer', in 'clearance' or 'short-dated stock'.
6. The product is not in an auction or on an auction site even buy now or similar

How do I get the price promise?
On every product page on the www.fitnessireland.ie website, below our pricing information, you will see a "Price Promise" button. If you have found a product on sale elsewhere in Ireland, simply click this button, and complete the short form to tell us where you saw the offer. We will then verify this, and assuming that all is in order, we will then reply back to you with our offer for the product.

Information required:
1. The product name and model if applicable (This is completed automatically on our price promise form)
2. The URL of our competitor site
3. The full inclusive price on the competitor site inc. VAT & delivery
4. A contact number in case we need to call you.
5. Your full name

If you provide all the information above and the competitor site meets all of the criteria below we will issue you a credit voucher code to use in your purchase - it's a simple a quick process!

Important:
*There may be times when we cannot price match a product that a competitor is selling at an unrealistically low price. To avoid potential abuse and to enable us to honor our price-match promise to genuine customers, the acceptance of all requests is ultimately at the discretion of Fitness Ireland, who will at all times act reasonably and in good faith.
