During intense exercise and times of stress, glutamine levels are greatly depleted. This in turn results in decreases in strength, stamina and recovery. Studies have shown that supplementation of glutamine can minimise the breakdown of muscle and improve protein metabolism.

Recent studies have shown that taking just 2 grams of L-Glutamine daily can increase growth hormone levels by up to 400%. Growth hormone has been shown to metabolise body fat and support new muscle growth.

Simply take a 5 gram serving of Glutamine 30 minutes before eating twice a day.
