Directions For Use
Pre-Workout Boost: Mix 1 scoop (50g) in 500ml (approx 1 pint) of water. Sip over 60 minutes and stop drinking all fluids 20 minutes before training.
During Taining (Isotonic): Mix two thirds of a scoop (approx 30g) in 500ml (approx 1pint) of water. Sip during training, cycling, running, competing, etc.
After training(Hypertonic): Mix one and two thirds to 2 scoops (75-100g) in 500 ml (approx 1 pint) of water. Drink within 15-20 minutes after training.
