Shipping
All items are shipped using either registered post or courier, depending on weight and value.
All item sold by Fitness Ireland are are sent direct to your door completely free of charge for orders over an advertised value. Orders below this value are subject to a small fee to cover the cost of postage. We reserve the right to charge carriage (at cost) for goods over 30Kg. We will contact you if a further charge is to be applied.
Delivery times quoted are estimates only, and Fitness Ireland shall not be liable for any delays caused except to the extent caused wilfully or negligently by Fitness Ireland.
Please note that glass bottled products can only be shipped in the Greater Dublin area. Please email Sales@fitnessIreland.ie for further details.
We hold large quantities of stock in our own warehouse, and the availability of each item is displayed in the product pages. Because we hold our own stocks we can offer same or next day despatch. Occasionally we may not have some items in stock, and delivery will be delayed. We will always contact you in such cases to see if you want to wait for the item to come into stock, substitute the flavour, or require a refund.
Goods held in stock at our Dublin warehouse will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt of your order, and delivery can be expected within 1-3 working days. Goods sent by our partners may take up to 5 working days to be delivered (Slendertone), and other goods not in stock may take longer to arrive (As a general rule all orders are delivered direct to you within 3-4 working days - we will contact you by email with details of the shipping method and tracking number, if applicable).
Depending on value, goods are sent by regular post, registered post or by courier (at our discretion). It is the responsibility of the purchaser to collect the goods if an initial delivey attempt is unsuccessful.
In the event that goods are not collected, and subsequently returned, we will credit your account after deducting the carriage fees and a handling charge of €7.50.
